My so-called secret obsession… in Kew gardens

March 23rd, 2009 by xell

I must “confess”, I have this obsession over lone benches, especially when they’re out in the middle of nowhere and nobody seems to notice its presence out there in the lonely field… being surrounded by weird insects and the occasional annoying birds or squirrels…

Hence, when I was in Kew gardens, I went gaga over the sight of lone benches in various locations spread out in the garden, and was happily snapping pictures of them. Hope I was able to express how I felt at that time through my pictures…

These two benches looked like they’re having a conversation… or more like heavily gossiping…

This poor bench tend to have squirrels running around it… much later I really did spot a squirrel scampering across the grass

Earlier there was a man sitting here but he got chased away by the duck now underneath the bench…

Another wooden bench…

Can you spot the bench? I wouldn’t want to sit on that bench… got loads of weird insects flying around and not forgetting the spider webs too…

Another well-hidden bench… but I love this tree, it really stands out from the rest, with its red-coloured leaves

Can you spot the bench?
