Marmalade Cafe @ Plaza Mont Kiara
Wn told me Marmalade Cafe is quite nice. The one she went to was at Bangsar Village. I wanted to give it a try but was wondering when I will end up at BV…. One fine day… haha… I was going to the post office at Plaza Mont Kiara, to my surprise, Marmalade Cafe is opened at Plaza Mont Kiara!

The shop lot used to be Moredos Argentinian Steak house. I dunno if I remember the name correctly though. But doesn’t seems to be doing quite well. So now it has been replaced with Marmalade.

This branch is newly opened. Since I just work here, I decided to give it a try with a couple of my colleagues. It’s pretty pack during lunch time. I wonder how long the crowd will last. haha…

One of my colleague is a coffee addict. Every where she goes, she will definitely order coffee. According to her, this cup of Cappuccino is really nice. Well… I don’t really fancy coffee, so I can’t tell, looks nice though. :p

Another of my colleague ordered Spaghetti Bolognese. This plate of spaghetti doesn’t comes cheap, it cost RM 19! Taste not bad, but the one I tried is cheeseless version coz my colleague don’t really like those grated cheese so she got them to remove the cheese. This picture was taken before the cheese was removed. haha…

As for me, I ordered the Turkey & Ham Quiche. Taste quite good! And it cost RM 16. :( Pretty expensive but it’s very filling. After I finished the quiche I felt like I could die. haha…

As for my coffee addict colleague, she ordered this dunno what something Arabia. haha.. Actually it’s lamb kofta. You eat them with the pita bread, mint sauce and hummus. The lamb kofta was pretty good and I like the hummus! Both my colleagues doesn’t really fancy the hummus coz there were a lot of garlic in it. So happen I love garlic. haha… Unfortunately, I forgot how much this dish cost.
Overall, it’s a satisfying experience dining in Marmalade Cafe. The food is a bit costly though so it wouldn’t be a restaurant I can go frequently. Still, it’s worth a try.
